Project Overview

J M Scully has been working tirelessly on this nationwide roll-out of refits to Vodafone’s UK store portfolio. Titled the Retail inspiration Programme and spanning a 2 year framework the programme comprises the full refit to all existing Vodafone sites in order to bring them up to the latest design standard.

With a typical store programme running to little more than 10-14 days and graded either Gold or Silver standard, the J M Scully team have had to ensure a consistent focus throughout the programme often co-ordinating several site handovers a week on this vertically stacked programme of activity.

Each site contains a full strip-out and refit comprising; floors/walls/ceilings and new shopkit. New lighting and a complete upgrade of BOH areas complete the scope with site dependant Shopfront and Security Shutter upgrades where necessary.
